Our Post OP tech Eryn Renee, wanting to achieve a better figure herself, was patient several times in getting non-surgical and cosmetic surgery treatments. After being a patient, she discovered the gaps in post op care and gaps in cosmetic surgery industry. Those negative and dangerous experiences lead her to want to be trained to care for and treat patients through the difficult cosmetic surgery journey. Plus understand how to change the body non surgically. She decided to focus her attention on training with trainers from New York, Columbia, Dominican Republic, and Brazil. Going to numerous training and conferences, during this time she started for Dr. Melinda Thrasher at Innovative Surgical Arts . She was a patient coordinator that doubled as a post op specialist. After 2 years working there, she wanted to focus back on Beauty Loft Spa. In the 2023, she was trained by the TOSI University. By the End of 2023 she became a board member of CSL Therapy. Helping practitioners, medical staff, students and patients to better understand the world of post op care,

Established in 2020, CSL Therapy organization was founded by The American Council of the Body Altering Aesthetics industry (ACBAA). From there, the Alliance Liaison members worked diligently to create standardized regulations to present to congress to form the industry’s first Federal Regulatory Board.

As these efforts manifest, the future of this modality will yield a State Board of Directors in all 50 states that will be maintained by the Federal Board. Every CSL Therapy competency will be regulated, monitored, reviewed, and updated annually as we plan for a better elective healthcare industry of tomorrow, today.
