You can have up to 2 vials administered in 1 day. Your treatment will include lipo dissolve Meso Therapy in Atlanta, manual detox massage clearing the lymphatic nodes in the body, and whole body vibration.
Pre & Post Guidelines for Meso Therapy:
- Drink half your body weight in ounces 3 days before and 3 days after.
- No alcoholic beverages for 3 days before and 3 days after.
- Dramatically reduce fried foods and salty foods.

- To ensure your body responds well to non-surgical Body Contouring, drink 2L of water / half your body weight 2 days before your appointment and up to 3 days after your treatment.
- Stay away from salty foods like Chinese food, Mexican foods, chips, and anything with high sodium for 2 days before up to 3 days after your treatment.
- Limit caffeine such as coffee, sweet tea, or energy drinks for 2 days before treatment and up to 3 days after your treatment.
- Do not eat 2 hours before your appointment.
- No alcoholic beverages 2 days before treatment up to 3 days after treatment.
- Limit sweets; it causes inflammation.
- No hot showers up to 3 days after treatment (warm showers only).
- Wear your Faja / waist trainer after treatment 5 days a week, 5–8 hours a day minimum. (We can help fit you for the proper fitting garment.)
- Do not do body contouring on the same day as menstrual cramps.
- A bowel, intestinal, liver, kidney, or gallbladder cleanse may be encouraged if you are constipated, bloated, or acidic before the treatment.
- Twenty minutes of elevated heart rate cardio exercise or 100 jumping jacks is best after your treatment to further stimulate the lymphatic system.

The technique induces tissue remodeling, and production of new collagen and elastin may also aid in firming and toning loose skin. Great for any area of the body. It is easier to lose pounds/inches than it is to tighten the skin. It takes time for collagen fibers to build, so be consistent and patient.
