Stay away from salty foods like Chinese food, Mexican foods, chips, anything with high sodium for 2 days before up to 3 days after your treatment.
Limit caffeine such as coffee, sweet tea or energy drinks to 2 days before treatment and up to 3 days after your treatment.
Do not eat 2 hours before your appointment.
No alcoholic beverages 2 days before treatment up to 3 days after treatment.
Limiting sweets, it causes inflammation.
No hot showers up to 3 days after treatment/ warm showers only

Radio–frequency skin tightening is an aesthetic technique that uses radio frequency (RF) energy to heat tissue and stimulate subdermal collagen production in order to reduce the appearance of fine lines and loose skin. The technique induces tissue remodeling and production of new collagen and elastin may also aid in firming and toning loose skin. Great for any area of the body. Its easier to lose pounds/ inches than it is to tighten the skin. It takes time for collagen fibers to build, be consistent and patient.
